MAMANDA is the destination for authentic Malay cuisine partonised by local and international celebrities. Started its operations in August 2012, the team work continuously with local and international Chefs to provide mouth watering Malay cuisine to our guest.
Over the years we have served many state dignitaries which includes presidents, royalties, ministers, public figures and celebrities. The MAMANDA brandname carved its own market space as the only Malay semi-fine dining in Singapore.
We understand the competition, thus MAMANDA look for ways to differentiate itself to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage. In 2014, MAMANDA was the finalist for the Best Asian Fine Dining Epicurean Award organised by Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS). It was an honour for a new comer to be pitch against the best in the industry. We work closely with the RAS, National Heritage Board, MFA, SPRING, IE Singapore, government agencies and corporate partners to bring the Malay cuisine to he next level.
